Mike's Harder Design Competition

We were asked to create designs to be used as limited edition cans for Mike's Harder's new flavor Tiger's Blood which is an alcoholic beverage containing Watermelon, Strawberry, and Coconut flavors. We were supposed to create something edgy, cool, awesome, gut-punching, epic, and preferably containing an homage to the fruit flavors used in the drink. In my design, I did my best to get my work to meld well with the can's overall feel and theme so that it would work together as a cohesive whole while still attracting the appropriate demographic of young men between the ages of 21-29 years of age.

For this project, I was asked to participate in a design competition for Mike's Harder on Zoopa.com after they saw my "Tiger and Mousedeer" piece in my Tales From Across the Globe section. This was the design I came up with. The logo and can template was provided in a photoshop document as part of the contest. The tiger and tribal designs are all mine. I had a lot of fun working on these projects and look forward to my next major project.
